1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services provided by EcoBin Cleaners LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). Business location: Soham, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom.
EcoBin Cleaners provides professional domestic wheelie bin cleaning services. By booking a service, subscribing, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning and disinfection of household wheelie bins only. Our services are offered on: One-time cleans and Recurring subscription plans. We reserve the right to refuse service to any bin that presents a health, safety, or legal risk.
3. Access to Bins
Customers do not need to be present at the property. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that: the bin is accessible and is not locked, blocked, overfilled, or inside a closed area. If we are unable to clean a bin due to lack of access, the visit will be automatically rescheduled. No refunds are issued in this situation.
4. Subscriptions, Payments and Billing
All payments are made online via secure payment providers (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Subscriptions: Are billed automatically and can be cancelled at any time, but no later than 3 working days before the next scheduled recurring payment. All subscriptions will remain active until cancelled by the customer in accordance with this policy.
By subscribing, you authorize EcoBin Cleaners LTD to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan. If a cancellation request is made less than 3 working days before the next billing date, the upcoming payment may still be processed, and the subscription will be cancelled for the following cycle.
We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for: Late cancellations, Missed cleans due to access issues, Customer error or Subscription cancellations. If we are unable to provide a service due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other operational reasons, the service will be automatically rescheduled.
6. Weather, Operational Issues and Force Majeure
We may delay or reschedule services due to: Severe weather, Mechanical breakdowns, Health and safety risks or Events outside our control. No refunds are issued in these cases. Service will be rebooked for the next available date.
7. Bin Condition and Liability
By using our service, you acknowledge that: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage including cracks, fading, brittle plastic, or weakened bins, We do not guarantee bins will look “as new” and Our service is a professional clean, not a restoration service.
EcoBin Cleaners LTD shall not be liable for: Structural damage caused by normal cleaning, Indirect or consequential losses or Pre- existing faults revealed during cleaning
8. Hazardous Waste and Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service where bins contain or are suspected to contain: Human or animal waste, Chemicals, oils, asbestos, needles, batteries, hazardous materials or excessive contamination that poses a risk to staff. We also reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a subscription if our staff are subjected to abuse, threats, or unsafe behaviour.
9. Service Area
Our services are only available within our advertised service areas.
If a booking is made outside our service zone, it will be automatically cancelled.
10. Media, Photography and Marketing
By using our service, you grant EcoBin Cleaners LTD the right to take photographs or videos of bins (before/after) and use them for: Marketing, Social media or Website and promotional materials.No personal or identifying information will be shared.
11. Website Use
You agree not to: Misuse the website, Attempt to interfere with bookings or payments or Provide false or misleading information We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse is detected.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
